1. Data Application

I. For First-Time Applicants: Please refer to the Codebook to understand the database content, which will facilitate your application process.

II. Variable and Selection Criteria: Since the required research variables and sample selection criteria differ for each case, you may submit your "Selection Criteria" and retain the necessary variable fields in the Codebook via email to [email protected]. We will provide you with the relevant "Basic Descriptive Statistics" and a quote based on your research needs, allowing you to adjust your variable requirements and selection criteria accordingly.

III. Submitting the Application: Once you confirm your required variables and data content, you can submit your data usage application. Please retain the necessary variable fields in the Codebook and email the "Data Application Form" in electronic format to [email protected].

2. Post-Approval: Signing Agreement/Contract

After the application is approved, the applicant will be notified to pay the management service fee and sign the agreement/contract. Please print and complete the following forms, then mail the originals to:

3. Linking to Government Statistical Data

If you need to link the applied MJ Health Data with government statistical data for research purposes, please download and complete the "Health Data Application Form for Linking Government Statistical Data" and email it to [email protected].
