Data Usage Regulations

Applicants for data, information, and specimens must comply with the "Personal Data Protection Act," "Human Research Act," "Regulations on the Management of Human Biological Databases," and other relevant laws. They must not infringe upon individual privacy and must not identify individuals or specific entities, either directly or indirectly.

Users of this database are prohibited from providing data, information, and specimens to others for uses outside the approved application without prior consent.

Users of this database must proactively submit a change request to the Interpretive Foundation if there are any changes in the content of the research plan or if there are changes in the team members using the data.

If the principal investigator or co-principal investigator of a project applying to use this database collaborates with other researchers not listed in the application to publish a paper using the requested database, the principal investigator or co-principal investigator must be listed as the corresponding author or first author of that paper.
